Firewall Configuration When Installing on CSF

 

If you are installing InSight on a Windows XP machine running the QVS Controller Services Feature AND you have enabled the Windows Firewall , you must allow one or the other of the following firewall exceptions in order for InSight to be properly accessible from a remote client:

 

• Program: [Drive letter for 4690 Image]: qsa\bin\qsacaexe.exe
• Port 6088 (UDP port) and Port 6089 (TCP port)
