The 4610
internally tracks a little more than a dozen operational statistics
in an nvram data area and make these available through the 4610 MCT
(microcode tolerance) read interface. These statistics include
items such as: 1/32 of count of paper cuts, chars printed to CR,
1/50000
of count of CR motor feed steps, etc. Also included in
this information is the printer serial number.
The InSight MIB
publishes all of this information in qsa4690PrinterTable
normalizing (multiplying out) the values in as many cases as
possible.
